Our Terms and conditions:
To secure your booking a deposit of 30% is required. The balance of the amount is payable upon occupancy.  Reservations will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received within 48 hours of accepting the quote.  On cancellation 4 weeks or more prior to occupation 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.  If cancelled 2 weeks or less prior to occupation the full deposit will be forfeited. Occupancy is from 13:00 and vacating at 10:00, but other arrangements can be made.
