Situated right within the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront complex, it is part of the upmarket development of the beautiful working harbour of Cape Town, South Africa. This development is right on the canal connecting the harbour with the foreshore area and eventually to the under-construction Cape Town convention centre.

The lounge is connected with sliding glass doors to a balcony which also overlooks the canal and which has views of Cape Town and Table Mountain. It features under floor electric heating.

The kitchen which is open to the living area, has the modern appliances including a microwave oven and includes all necessary cookery and crockery. It has more than ample storage space for utensils and food .

The second bedroom, also having a corner location has windows on two sides with views of the canal looking toward Cape Town and the mountain.

The rates are a guide only and varies with time of year and duration of stay.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Cancellation - less than 21 days prior to arrival, guests forfeit full deposit.
