You are five minutes drive from the Cable Car and less than
ten minutes from the Watefront or the City of Cape Town where
you will find world class theatres, all the leading stores and
charming open air markets. Highways to the Wine Routes, Cape
Point and other famous attractions are minutes away and easily
accessible. Diving, golf, mountain walking, cycling, jet skis,
sailing, sunset cruises, horse riding etc., are all available
nearby.
Graded by Satour as four star plus, Villa Dolphin Crest is
a large modern luxury home, fully furnished and equipped (including
towels and linen) for up to eleven people. Very safe and secure
and within a ten minute walk of the beach and restaurants,
with big picture windows to maximize the magnificent sea views,
there are five spacious bedrooms (each with double bed), three
of which have their own en suite bathroom (all with baths
and showers and the main bedroom with airconditioning and
Jacuzzi) Two bedrooms share a big family bathroom with bath
and shower. The living room is spacious and open plan to the
dining room and well fitted maple and granite kitchen. Big
sliding doors open onto terraces overlooking the large sparkling
and secluded swimming pool and with magnificent sea views.
The Villa is extremely well fitted and comfortably furnished
with ample outside furniture for lazing by the pool or al
fresco dining. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave
etc., barbeque equipment and satellite TV. All the beds are
firm hotel quality and the bed linen 100% percale cotton.
Everything has been designed with your comfort and enjoyment
in mind. The villa is serviced 3 times a week (a small extra
charge is levied for personal laundry) and extra maid service
and a competent baby sitter is available. It is situated below
the road with only a few steps to carry your groceries or
belongings down (this is an important consideration in Camps
Bay which is built almost entirely against the mountain).
A safe is built in for protection of your valuables and the
villa is alarmed. A prepaid land line telephone is installed.
Discounted car hire can be arranged for collection from the
airport on your arrival. There is plenty of covered shady
parking to keep your car cool as well as a lock up garage.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking with the balance
payable upon arrival. The deposit can be paid by direct transfer
in S.A. Rands or by cheque in UK pounds. A R1000 damages deposit
is payable (In S.A. rands or currency) upon arrival and will
be returned upon leaving, after deduction of any damages.
