DESCRIPTION
The Gables is a luxury self-catering home with pool and Jacuzzi, ideally positioned in a quiet street in the heart of Hout Bay, walking distance to the beach, the harbour and many shops and restaurants. Sleeps 8/11 people.
LAYOUT OF ROOMS
5 spacious bedrooms, 2 lounges with French doors leading onto the garden with sparkling pool and Jacuzzi, 2 fully equiped kitchens, 4 bathrooms. The house is ideal for one large - or even two families.It consists of a main house (sleeps 5/8) and a cottage (sleeps 3/5), interleading with a smooth flow as if they where one unit, yet both completely self-contained with the possibility of using separate entrances. Both kitchens are fully equipped, including washing machines and tumble dryers.
AMBIANCE
This Cape Dutch house is very homely decorated with Colonial and African influences.You can feel the care and personal touch as you walk through this spacious home, every room is boosting with character. Funky coloured walls, railway sleeper beams, wooden floors and window shutters, beautiful finishes, entertainment bar, colonial leather chairs in the bedrooms, interesting African art and paintings, antique cupboards, desks and wardrobes.

heaters, fans, TV's (DSTV + Mnet), DVD player, video recorder, quality Hi-Fi CD player, hairdryers, games, dishwasher and quality beds with beautiful bedlinen.

Secure off street parking on property, behind a remote controlled security gate.
Outside braai (barbeque) facilities with rustic shady patio cover.
OUR RATES
R 1500-R3000 per night for the house, depending on season and number of guests.
Please enquire about our special rates for long stays (10 days or more).
A minimum of 5 nights is required (except for 1 month prior to arrival).
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking.
50% balance is due 1 month prior to arrival.
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is required upon arrival, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
