BOOKING CONDITIONS

Rates are quoted per room per night in South African Rand and are inclusive a Full English Breakfast and Value Added Tax at 14%.

A 1% Franschhoek Tourism Association tourism levy is applicable, but is not included in the rates. 

Our check-in time is 14h00 and our check-out time is 11h00.  All rooms and indoor public areas are non-smoking facilities.

Reservations are subject to the terms and conditions at the time of making the booking and upon check-in.  A maximum of 2 adults per room will be permitted.

All rooms have king size or twin beds. Please state your preference when making a reservation.

L'Ermitage Franschhoek Chateau & Villas reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate period at any time.

All major credit cards are accepted i.e. Visa, Master and Diners Card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations must be cancelled or amended in writing.

Should no written cancellation be received and acknowledged by the Hotel, the full deposit will be forfeited and the room will be charged for in full for the entire period of the reservation.

L'Ermitage Franschhoek Chateau & Villas reserve the right to release all non-guaranteed reservations at 18h00 on the day of arrival, unless otherwise advised.

In the event of a cancellation within 30 - 14 days of the confirmed arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

In the event of a "no-show" or cancellation less than 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date or premature departure, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Any refunds processed for Peak Season dates will be subject to an Administration fee

PAYMENT

Full prepayment is required one month prior to the confirmed arrival date.

Full Prepayment is required three months prior to the confirmed arrival date for Peak Season (15 December to 31 January)  

CHILD POLICY

Children are welcome in all Villas
