You must own and be able to publish all content and material that has been provided by you. Your webpage will be created and setup for FREE and you will only pay for the 12 months hosting (currently R345.00* for the first year.) You are under NO OBLIGATION to continue your membership with us after the first year and there will be NO PENALTY FEES incurred.
All information supplied by you must be an accurate portrayal of the nature of your accommodation facilities, amenities and services. No establishments will be listed in areas / locations, if they are not located in those areas or listed under an accommodation category that is not relevant to the accommodation category your establishment provides.
You agree to indemnify Cape Accommodation (www.capeaccommodation.za.org) against any liability, expense, claim or loss that results from any claims arising out of online publication and display of your webpage.
All cancellation notices must please be sent to Cape Accommodation in writing. Thirty (30) days notice is required in the case of cancellations and unfortunately no refund is payable.
Cape Accommodation will not be held liable for delays in completing your webpage or any other errors that may result from events beyond our control including Acts-of-God, actions by any government entity, fire, flood, riot, explosion, embargo, strikes, labour or material shortage, transportation interruption, Internet (including DNS errors) or communications failure. We cannot assure that any emails generated from this website are free of errors, virus attachments, interception or interference, and will therefore not be held liable for any such instances. We give no guarantees or assurances with respect to these services.
Cape Accommodation reserves the right to keep track of any reservation enquiries an individual establishment may receive, it does so by getting a duplicate email of what the establishment receives. We reserve the right to contact anyone who has made an enquiry through our website.
