We have nineteen luxurious guest rooms and ten cottages ideally situated in De Waterkant Village and the Bokaap, within five minutes from the city centre, Victoria & Alfred Waterfront and the Cape Town International Conference Centre.

49 napier street, our newly refurbished main lodge, has seven air-conditioned luxury en-suite rooms equipped with flat screens televisions; mini-bars; direct dial telephones and room safes.

Our on-site restaurant soho serves breakfast and Thai cuisine for lunch and dinner from 7.30am till late. The restaurant can also cater for private parties and corporate conferences.

With an amazing roof-top swimming pool and bar with views of Table Mountain our main lodge is a perfect social focal point for all our guests staying in our three guest houses and cottages.

109 loader street is two minutes from our main lodge; this luxurious five en-suite room villa with open plan living room and kitchen offers a quiet retreat with a large garden and rim flow swimming pool. All the bedrooms have televisions, mini-bars, safes and direct dial telephones.

3rd space is situated next door to our main lodge and has seven bright, standard en suite rooms with ceiling fans, tvs, direct dial telephones, room safes and internet access.

Cottages - we have ten luxury cottages in the village which are all fully serviced and only a minutes walk from our main lodge.
Offering their own character and style these properties have amazing views, total privacy, pools, roof decks and courtyards - you choose!
All our guests have access to our restaurant and can use the roof top pool bar with panoramic Cape Town views at our main lodge.
